I’ve visited many KFC outlets in my life and always enjoyed the taste — it’s consistently good. However, this time the overall experience was different. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working, and when I asked a staff member to clean the table, I was told to wait. Eventually, we had to change our seats. I kindly request KFC to maintain their facilities properly to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all customers.
