the rice was spoiled and smelling rotten..ordered on Zomato...very bad and thrown in dustbin without eating..how dare you send such food on an app... today the 4 th feb 2026 all you staff who are responsible will be tagged to kfc hq and also ficci and ministries..you are taking costomer for granted..non sense..you do not have any food business ethics..stupids..

We had pretty bad experience with the west Patel branch when we visited there with our family friends and guests. Server was down, our cash got debited, but order wasn't placed . They said some server issue is there then they refused to take cash also. The waiting time was also a lot with lots of uncertainty. Hope they will improve their service next time we visit.
