We had pretty bad experience with the west Patel branch when we visited there with our family friends and guests. Server was down, our cash got debited, but order wasn't placed . They said some server issue is there then they refused to take cash also. The waiting time was also a lot with lots of uncertainty. Hope they will improve their service next time we visit. worst experience in KFC today.we are group of four friends go for dine-in ,we ordered 4 crispy epic savers pack we take our order and start eating we all confused by the taste and texture that we are eating in KFC or road side street food, Chicken is uncooked and chicken was not even crispy,we go to store counter for complaint then they said show me the chicken to me then we bring back the chicken to them and they said we just fried it right now due to that maybe not crispy then we wait for few minutes but nothing happened actually chicken was fried in hurry and not even cooked properly we are not expecting this form KFC . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
