Worst kfc I have ever seen.I placed an order at 7:30 pm and it's 10 pm still haven't received the order.When I called the resturant no one picked the call,I called around 10-20 times.I made 3 complaints on the customer care still no response and fortunately the vasant kunj outlet picked up the call but the representative was very rude told me that you have already placed 3 complaints place one more (sarcastically).I will not be ordering from this kfc never again and please KFC India take strict action against this outlet and I request don't order from this outlet YOU WILL REGRET THIS. I ordered through zomato,it came in one bucket when I ordered different meal..ketchups,wings and fries were dump in all together inside the hot and crispy bucket.Half of the chicken where not fresh anymore and it was just fried again just to make it warm which was so hard to chew and all the juiciness gone.Half of it were uncooked.not fried properly,it was all white on the outside and before even eating i could see that it was not fried for even a minute.I could taste raw chicken.The peri peri mix was just splash on one corner.If they can't prepare properly the staff should not accept orders.I did not payKFC to trash in my dustbin.
