The quality of food served was horrible. The smoky grilled red chicken was flavorless , dry and stale. Am a fan of KFC’s Zinger burger, but had the worst american zinger burger in my life at this particular KFC. I know that this review will not help my terrible experience but I hope the management realises that there is a massive need for improvement in the quality of the food that you are serving. The staff also don’t seem to know what they are doing and are robotically just trying to do their job. If any authorities read this review, I suggest a thorough inspection if this joint at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
