Pathetic staff behaviour , as i am allergenic to spice and requested her to provide me with non spicy strips she completely denied and said cant give as per the policy. Then when I argued with them only the rude manager Neha kept me waiting for 45mins non spicy strip. How come such big like kfc has hired such an manager who don't under customers issue.
