Today I had visited the above kfc outlet and had ordered for fries and popcorn medium. To my surprise after taking the order, the staff were engaged in their own private talks and forgot to prepare our order. There were no other customers other than me and my son. Thrice we reminded them of our order and the manager Anshu who was attending to this order was saying that she is doing it.. And when finally the matter escalated they started preparing it and gave it after a delay of 15 mins. Due to this we couldn't complete our food and had to leave the order unfinished. It was a real uncomfortable situation and has created a bad reputation for KFC. PLEASE ADDEESS THE ISSUE ASAP. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
