Probably the worst KFC I've ever eaten at. And I've eaten at them in several countries, as it's my favorite fast food. First of all, you can't order at the machines if you're a foreign tourist and don't have a phone number in use. The order ends with a request for a phone number. I managed to order only after asking for help from an employee who I have no idea what he did (he must have put his phone number...). The food is OK, although the offer differs from the one in Europe and is spicier (not in a good way, from my point of view). I didn't see any garlic sauce. I received some ketchup sachets that wouldn't open. I should have used scissors or a knife... The worst part was that the restaurant smelled of a petroleum product, some chemical, I don't know exactly what, which didn't contribute to the appetite at all. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
