Worst service ever...They do not pick up your calls and don't care about your experience. I have ordered from them on 31st dec they cancelled my order from their end and said that the refund will be reflected within 7 days..today is 1st Jan it's been more then 15 days. The kfc customer service is bullshit that they should rename it as torture. I don't know why they cannot refund it the store manager is the worst at the job idk why are they even working. And this is not the first time that has happened they keep on forgetting your items but this is too much. It seems like they don't even want to refund it anymore. I don't know what to do I have done everything...I think they really want the customer to create nuisance in the store to actually refund it. Never ordering from them ever again boycott them.
