Bad odour in the whole restaurant and the AC isn't working at all , one of the worst experiences in KFC so far.

Worst service, have to wait for hours to get your food! The staff constantly favour online orders and not live customer at the restaurant. They misguide the customers as they do not show the days offers in display boards. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
