07/04/2025 Thank you for taking action against my concern and offering complementary food for my satisfaction. I hope consistency of quality will be improve in KFC Issue faced: I have made my payment at shop @ 6.41PM for take away order on 5th April 2025 They said wait for 20minutes during that time no one was there later 20minutes near to 10 Swiggy and zomato order they give away people who order after me they gave away now the time is 7.25 PM still I didn't recieve my food. Order no 190. When ever I am asking they were telling 20 minutes after 20 minutes after 13 minutes Finally I received order @ 7.30 pm I even instruct them to add masala in food, not even sauce packet and tissue they kept.
