Very disappointed with KFC Vadavalli. On 24/09/2025, I ordered 10 leg pieces (Order No. 7308196875) but they delivered 10 hot & crispy instead. When we pay a high price for a specific item, we expect to receive exactly what we ordered. Such careless service is unacceptable. I didn’t have time to raise a complaint or return the order, so had to manage with the wrong items. Very careless service from KFC Vadavalli. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
