The food was typically good, as expected from KFC. The dine-in area wasn’t very crowded, yet I still had to wait over 12 minutes for my order, which was disappointing. What really concerned me was the hygiene—there were flies in the dining area, which made the experience less enjoyable. Definitely needs better cleanliness and quicker service. Compared to all their branches in Coimbatore, I get the freshest and best fried chicken at the Nava India branch, and more people visit there daily compared to the others.
