Subject :-Request for Change of Manager Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your notice the unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour of the Manager, Mr. Waseem, towards both employees and customers at your KFC outlet. During my recent visits, I observed that his attitude and manner of communication were not courteous and did not meet the standards expected from a reputed brand like KFC. Such behaviour creates an uncomfortable environment for customers and negatively impacts the overall dining experience. I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action, including considering a change of the Manager, in the interest of maintaining your brand image and customer satisfaction.
