Order no- 112 19/12/2025- 16:06:44 KFCUP Gajraula DT:5771 Invoice- 57771201000002112 I was placing My order on self service screen, almost placed my order then suddenly one of the staff members poked his finger while i was entering my mobile number and he start interrupting my order without my consent or permission, so i had to startover again on the screen and then power cut off out off nowhere( for sure same staff who intrup my order did turn off the screens), then the 3rd time i have to place order on the counter. Finally i received order but as a revenge staff packed all cold and old cooked food.( if something happens to me or my family after consuming the food that will be totally KFC responsibility). Such a horrible experience, waist of my 1665 ruppes, time with my family and totally ruined the level of KGC I demand my money back and compensation Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ate here on Sunday while coming back from Corbett all of us suffered food poisoning. My daughter had to be rushed to ER yesterday as she had severe weakness . Authorities in Moradabad should take legal action against this KFC branch .

KFC needs to improve its service. My visit on November 26th, found they did had sugar sachets for desk & chair were not clean, coffee, veg burger was sub-par and another customer had her UPI payment failure. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
