Do not go to this branch if u don’t wanna lose your respect. Very very poor service. Very poor experience with this branch today. I’ve been a regular customer of KFC and this branch. They always take the order wrong during delivery, so today I decided to get the order myself, and guess what ? This was a even worse experience, their so called “manager” SHALINI raised her voice, spoke in a very demeaning way just because I asked Pepsi pet bottles instead of regular Pepsi , which I had clearly mentioned during the order. If you want mental peace and to not lose your respect, DO NOT GO TO THIS OUTLET, they have such a bad customer service. I never expected this bad an experience from a brand like kfc. UPDATE: they got my order wrong too you’ve gotta be kidding me. Look at my bill and the orders I’ve received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹600–800
