1 Star One of the worst experiences I've ever had at KFC - this Chennai Central Station outlet is a complete disappointment. I've visited multiple times, hoping for improvement, but every single time it's the same story - rude, unprofessional staff and an arrogant manager who behaves like he's doing customers a favor. There's zero respect for customers, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no control or supervision. I genuinely feel sorry for the owner who has invested so much money - the staff here are ruining the brand's reputation. If things don't change soon, this outlet won't last long. Highly disappointing and not worth visiting! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
