Extremely Unsatisfactory and Unacceptable Experience I am compelled to record my deep dissatisfaction with this outlet, as the experience was far below the standards associated with the KFC brand. The product served cannot, by any reasonable measure, be described as KFC’s signature broasted chicken. The chicken emitted a strong “raw, uncooked masala smell”, indicating improper preparation. Instead of broasted chicken, what was served was chicken poorly wrapped in blemished maida and excess chillies, lacking the texture, taste, and quality expected from KFC. This raises serious concerns regarding food quality, preparation standards, and hygiene. Additionally, the automated ordering kiosk was non-functional, causing unnecessary confusion and delay. Due to this operational failure and the prolonged waiting time, I missed my scheduled bus to Trivandrum, resulting in inconvenience, disruption to my travel plans, and avoidable stress. This level of service and food quality reflects dishonesty toward customers and seriously damages the reputation of the KFC brand. Such practices are unacceptable for an international fast-food chain that claims standardized quality and service. Unless immediate corrective action is taken, this outlet risks continued customer dissatisfaction. In its current state, the branch is unfit to operate under the KFC name.
