I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the KFC Anna Nagar West outlet, and this experience has genuinely pushed me to stop ordering from them altogether. I placed an order on zomato expecting the usual smooth process, but what happened was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was my order delayed, but I later got the shocking update that my food was handed over to another delivery person entirely. How does a major brand like KFC make such a careless mistake? I waited for my order, tracked it, and kept checking for updates, only to find out that it was delivered to someone else. I didn’t receive a single item that I paid for. No call from the store, no explanation, no attempt to correct the issue—just complete negligence. The lack of responsibility and basic customer service is unbelievable. When I tried reaching the store for clarity, the staff were unhelpful and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. There was no apology, no urgency, and no solution offered. For a place that charges premium prices for fast food, the least they can do is ensure orders reach the right customer. This kind of unprofessional behavior makes me question their internal management and training. If they cannot handle something as simple as giving the right order to the right delivery person, what can customers expect? KFC Anna Nagar West seriously needs to fix their operations. I am completely dissatisfied, and this experience has ruined my trust in this outlet. I will not be ordering from here again. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
