Worst Customer Service: I want to know you all the worst service in Anna Nagar KFC which recently had. Today, we visited to that branch for having the lunch. I went to counter for ordering the food after blocked the table by leaving our belongings. Meanwhile a man and his wife had came and occupied our table. After returning, by seeing that we have asked them to switch some other table as we have already occupied the seat but they refused to move and responded in such an illiterate or mannerless way. Meanwhile we expected the staff to support us but instead of that they asked us to choose other table. We didn’t expect this type of irresponsible behaviour from them especially the shift manager (Ramesh). Because of this we cancelled the order and left the branch and asked the staff to refund the amount. From this incident, we have decided not to visit the Anna Nagar branch for their worst service.
