KFC is a huge brand but then I have seem it's not following any Standard SOP Food safety ,missing items in my takeaway which I did I not buying free from the store I am paying for it . Staff using bare hands to take the. Chicken & pack the food u guys have tongs there why can't u all use that Manager is there just beside doesn't even coach ur staff . There family and kids eating what a unhygienic way of serving food . No uniform waiting in the que listening to songs no hairnet pls go and review ur CCTV and analyse what guest feedbacks are what is Area manager doing ?? Store manager ?? If u all cannot commit to food safety better don't serve those foods think of the the guest who pays money and having a meal if any food poison u all should be responsible for it . Missing items also can't check there is more than 9 staff down there chatting me laughing yet no one cares to double check the takeaway orders . I rather look for other brand to eat there are many I don't lose much mouth of words should do well for u all . Plus if u all don't know how to review ur CCTV not to worry I have the photos of all ur staff who where serving plus with slippers no uniform nice brand . Keep up the great work should tag this the necessary food safety departments like NSF and yum to let them know . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
