If you’re craving a salty surprise, this KFC branch might just deliver - literally. After a not-so-great experience earlier, I had opted to dine at the Taco Bell next door. Still tempted by the classic popcorn chicken, we ordered a large takeaway from KFC before leaving. A few hundred meters away, once the food cooled down a bit, we tried the popcorn. It was too salty - so much so that it completely masked the chicken flavor. It was inedible and we ended up throwing it away. I raised a complaint through KFC’s official helpline and was told the store manager would get in touch. But no one has called back. Disappointing food is one thing, but lack of follow-up shows how much (or little) KFC value customer feedback. Very good place to have delicious food and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Good and friendly staffs who are always ready to help people if needed.
