If you’re craving a salty surprise, this KFC branch might just deliver - literally. After a not-so-great experience earlier, I had opted to dine at the Taco Bell next door. Still tempted by the classic popcorn chicken, we ordered a large takeaway from KFC before leaving. A few hundred meters away, once the food cooled down a bit, we tried the popcorn. It was too salty - so much so that it completely masked the chicken flavor. It was inedible and we ended up throwing it away. I raised a complaint through KFC’s official helpline and was told the store manager would get in touch. But no one has called back. Disappointing food is one thing, but lack of follow-up shows how much (or little) KFC value customer feedback.
