My order was scheduled for pickup at 8:24 PM. I reached on time, but I got it only after 9:15 PM after several requets with the staff. There were more than 10 people waiting, and no one was at the counter to help. When I asked the manager to cancel the order, he said it wasn’t possible because it was already accepted. He also mentioned they had a staff shortage and many pending orders, plus new orders were still coming in. I don’t understand why they kept taking new orders when they couldn’t handle the backlog. On top of that, the chicken was salty & undercooked, and some pieces had raw masala without being fried properly. Overall, I’m very disappointed. Service: Takeaway Food: 1

Thanks for SCAMMING me and not delivering the items that I ordered. These guys will not deliver items that are worth 200rs, pretend like it was swiggy’s fault while the bill CLEARLY states what is the order. They’ll refuse to take responsibility and tell me that’s a you problem and that they cant do anything. How simple is it deliver what is pair for? Been on this for days. I NEED A REFUND. recently visited KFC Kottivakam, and the experience was really good overall. The staff were friendly, and they took my order quickly without any delay. The outlet was clean, and the seating area was well maintained. The food tasted fresh, especially the chicken, which was crispy and perfectly cooked. The fries were also hot and not soggy. The service time was decent, and I didn’t have to wait too long. The ambience was comfortable, and it felt like a nice place to sit and eat. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and I would definitely recommend this outlet to others.
