The worst KFC I've been to. I went there with my children on Ramzan this year. The burger served was like a bakery bun for kids size with just one small slice of lettuce and very little mayo that you'll notice only if you look carefully. When questioned, the staff were so rude and said it's the regular burger they serve! And coming to chicken strips, I had to wait for more than 40 mins to get it. The wash area was another disaster with only one wash basin with food scattered on ground because the other was broken literally, making it impossible to control puking after being there. If you're going to the mall to have good time, just skip this outlet. Waste of time, money and the way they treat you like as if we're there for charity. We sure lost appetite with their cleanliness. Probably would give 0 star if such option is been provided. Costumer service is too poor, the staff is being very rude. Was waiting in the billing counter for more than 15 mins, still nobody came to take the order when asked they replied in a very rude tone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
