I had a disappointing experience at KFC Skyone. I paid ₹125 through the self-ordering machine, but I didn’t receive any bill or confirmation for my order. When I reached out to the staff, they told they will refund within a week but it ia allmost 20 days. This is highly unacceptable. I expect KFC to take responsibility and resolve such issues efficiently. Very disappointed with the service!
