The great location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach by any transport. You will be served nicely cooked fried chicken, grilled chicken and French burgers. KFC is recommended for the knowledgeable staff. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. This place offers you good prices for appetizing meals. It's always good to try something new, enjoying the spectacular atmosphere. But most visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Sadly i came here without checking reviews, i have ordered for boneless wings, two burgers, and two cold coffee, first instead of Boneless wings, they gave me chicken strips, then I asked them for replacement then they replaced with boned wings which is completely dry and taste like shit, clearly they don’t know what they’re doing, and the Coffee is like somebody washed the leftover Coffee container and added three ice cubes and pour it in my cup, at least the burger is fine. And I wanna ask the management your replying to most of the reviews and you should have already noticed. In recent times. You are getting only one star rating continuously, what have you changed? No use of replying on reviews when you can’t make any changes. So disappointing. NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND, NO REPLY !! On 1st Dec. 2025, I ordered from KFC Manapakkam some items for home delivery, a pre-paid order for Rs. 265. I received a whatsapp note at 8 PM that stated, "Your order no. ... has been delivered. Enjoy your meal". But I had not received anything at all, neither had I shared the delivery OTP with anyone. I attempted to reach out through various means within five minutes of receiving the notification. After waiting on the call for 10 minutes, the centralized Customer Care assured me that my problem would be attended to in 10-15 minutes. I never got any follow-up from anyone on the KFC side. I even filled out the feedback form and posted a complaint on their App, to no avail. I believe their motto is "no delivery, no refund, no reply!"
