KFC is a great place to enjoy delicious fried chicken, but the service at the Avadi branch was not up to the mark. When I went to the counter, they directed me to use the self-service kiosk. On top of that, they were accepting only cash, as card and GPay payments were unavailable—perhaps due to some issue that day. Although KFC is known for fast food, the order was delayed by half an hour. While I’ve had many good experiences with KFC, that particular day was disappointing. The service was poor, the food was delayed, and the chicken was overcooked. On other occasions, everything has been perfect, so I feel experiences can vary—sometimes good, sometimes bad. I still love KFC fried chicken and enjoy it once every three months with my family.
