I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service I just experienced with KFC. I placed an order through the app, my money was debited instantly, but the order was never placed. Instead, I was redirected to the checkout page as if nothing had happened. Frustrated, I called your so-called “customer service” only to be put on hold for an unbearable 50 minutes—that’s almost an hour of my life wasted! And what do I get after this agonizing wait? An agent who nonchalantly tells me he doesn’t even deal with my state and then hangs up on me before I can ask anything else. This is beyond unacceptable. What kind of unprofessional, careless service is this? You take my money without delivering my order, waste my time, and then have agents who neither solve the issue nor have the basic courtesy to talk properly? The sheer incompetence is staggering. I request an immediate resolution to this issue and a clear confirmation of my refund. If this is the kind of “customer experience” KFC is providing, you should be deeply ashamed. I expected better, but clearly, I was mistaken. Price per person: ₹400–600
