one of the worst experience ever had with KFC , somany people working but none care about customers ... only one counter to place order and others need to wait .. highly embracing.. but to highly appreciate is the person mr. pachaiappan was so good in making people to sit and serving tissues and guiding them to in and exit ... only perosn to appreciate though he was differently abled person ... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I placed the order around 1:15 PM and made the payment as per their commitment. The order was supposed to be delivered between 2:00 and 2:15 PM, but even by 3:15 PM it had not been delivered. However, the system was showing it as “delivered.” I tried calling the Mogappair West branch, but my calls were not answered. Since I had no other option, I visited the branch personally and shared the order details. They confirmed that they had received the order, but it was not reflected in their system for delivery. This explanation is unacceptable to me. Because of their internal issues, I should not be the one facing problems after making the payment. better not order Service: Delivery Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was poor and the order is too late.Billing counter and billing machine are improper.After ordering the food we were waiting for more than half an hour to get the food.
