One of the worst service experiences I have ever had at a KFC outlet. I was informed that the card machine was not available to place my order due to a so-called network or server issue, and therefore card payments were not being accepted. However, UPI payments were still being accepted, which clearly uses the same network. It is unclear how one mode of digital payment can function while the other supposedly cannot. When I questioned this inconsistency, the staff responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of providing a proper explanation or assistance, their behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. Such poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy are completely unacceptable from a brand like KFC. I expect better transparency, professionalism, and customer handling going forward Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
