Food delivery is a big benefit of this restaurant. Being at KFC, try nicely cooked tandoori chicken and good chicken biryani. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fast service is something that guests note in their comments. You will definitely like the pretty atmosphere. Google users awarded this place 4.4.

Very disappointing experience at KFC, Perumbakam branch, Chennai. Went to the store for dine-in, but many items on the menu were unavailable, including basic options like popcorn chicken, rice bowl etc…. that to on just 9.00 PM. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Customers are waiting in a queue but non of the staff is coming to take order and not responding to customers query properly. No proper communication about delays or out-of-stock items. We waited for quite some time without proper updates, and when we finally placed the order even that took forever to arrive. Ordered Coolberg Cranberry, but they served it without chilling. Disappointing experience—this drink is meant to be served cold. Please ensure beverages are properly cooled before serving. It really affects overall dining experience. It’s surprising to see a big brand like KFC struggle with basic service and stock management. If you can’t serve your main items, at least train the staff to communicate professionally. Hope that KFC is not a vegetables/chicken market. Definitely not coming back to this outlet anytime soon. Today i have visited This KFC shop i have ordered burger and value meal. As im eating the burger and i found out the meat is red in colour as its uncooked and also checked the wings its full black in colour some kind of back smell came. Please ensure its cooked properly while eating. Now a days we can see the news the KFC FOODS ARE NOR PROPERLY DONE. Worst service i particularly mentioned what happened to me at last time I visited the Shop again it was happen they forgot to give what we order it was third time it happening to in this particular store they not even respond to the coustomer voice and they forgot to give the order correctly it was third time first time they miss the ketchup which I paid and second they did give popcorn Chicken this time they forgot to give fires i think I pay money and only get food form they. Didn't give food for free im totally disappointed with the service. Worst service by perumbakkam kfc pls don't go there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
