It is the worst kfc outlet I have ever visited. The service is the worst. The person who is taking the order didn't give me my food which is a pickup parcel that I already ordered through kfc app and also payed. The manager finally have my food after a long wait of 40mins. I even asked the lady at the counter about my food several times, all she told me was that: (your order is getting ready). But my order is already ready and it ia kept behind her. Literally the worst outlet and no customer management. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The staff over here a rude and not fit to be working in a reputed place like KFc I have visited this place with my kids and has a very bad experience in related to the food and behaviour on the staff. This is a hospitality business you need to have pleasing staff to give the best to a client especially when u visit with kids. The tabels was not clean all the sitting area was dirty informed the staff but it took them 10 minutes to get it cleaned After all this my order was wrong change your staff or you will loose clients Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been here on 23rd March 2025. We were totally 9 people including 6 kids. Food was good atmosphere was good. The staff are impolite, arrogant (especially Mr. Vishnu). The staff 1. Look down on people ordering vegetarian food. 2. Do not take customers phone number while billing instead key in some other phone number. 3. Don't answer any questions regarding menu or options politely, instead they are arrogant and don't want to answer. 4. When they make a billing mistake they blame it on the customer and are not willing to correct it.
