I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC Kathipara Urban Square branch. The waiting time for dine-in customers was extremely long, even though the restaurant was not crowded. It felt like the staff were giving far more priority to online delivery orders, and dine-in customers were left waiting without clear communication. They also had a board displaying *"Order prepared and ready"*, which was misleading because our order was delayed and no proper updates were provided. When we asked the staff, they didn’t give clear or helpful responses. On top of that, they didn’t even provide trays for dine-in. We received our food in a carry bag, which made the experience feel very unprofessional and messy. Overall, the service was slow, communication was poor, and basic dine-in standards were not maintained. This was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had.
