Poor customer service and staffs not responding to the customer at all... Worst experience ever in KFC outlets... Didn't make a scene out of this as I came with my nieces(small kids)... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Worst KFC branch I’ve visited. Terrible customer service and a total mess with the ordering system. They don't value the customer's time at all. Avoid the Pammal branch if you want a decent meal and professional service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600
