The service was absolutely a disaster. After I ordered, they said they will give the order in 10 minutes and it took more than 30 minutes. The guy said 5 mins each time and he took the order so long because of cooking a chicken popcorn. They didn't even care about my order and was very lethargic that he would refund my order after 25 minutes with that casual attitude. After having such a pathetic service, only after coming back home and sitting down to eat, I noticed they haven't given me one of the item on the list " All chicken box". Utterly disappointing! The service is very disastrous they could just close down that KFC branch instead of running this half baked fast food chain.They have very poor staff quality and not much staffs were also appointed. My hunger has just gone after dealing with this type of experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
