Very poor management at KFC Marina Mall. Visited on a national holiday, and shockingly there were only two staff members handling the entire outlet. The place was crowded, service was extremely slow, and there was no proper support. What made it worse was that the supervisor was not at all helpful and showed no interest in managing the situation or assisting customers. On a national holiday, better staffing and basic management is expected from a brand like KFC. Completely disappointed with this outlet.
