Honestly their customer service was poor. Missing orders - thankfully we noticed, delayed service and shortfall of staffs in peak hours. Highly recommend to either increase the staffs or educate the current staffs basic customer service to provide the correct orders on time. Ensure no one is waiting even after their order is prepared. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

V V wrost kfc branch v have ever seen in Chennai.watever vr asking they r telling to use machine n most of the orders vr asking they r telling not available staffs r vv attitude sply the gals they r telling to talk to manager tat man v never saw.v faced this bad experience for 3 to 4 timesplz change the staffs n manager n improve ur quality. Rly vv disappointing n waste of time for us.plz do needful

3 systems available for billing but in peak hours staffs working only in one system which lets us waiting for more than 45min for order .. very worst management
