The staff at KFC store Elante mall were mismanaged & unorganized. None of the staff was bothered about the queues at the cash order counter at the most pick lunch hours on Sundays. I would like to mention the name of the two staffs who were responsible for the mismanagement at the counter-Kavita & Tabasum. They never bothered to address the customers as per the aligned queue. It was more like a Langar scene where u just have to reach the food counter by any means.. never expected this from a Big Brand store KFC... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
