Very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. None of the screens were working, and they were only accepting cash. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. We ordered one thing but were given something completely different. When we complained, instead of correcting the mistake, they charged us extra. The manager, Pooja Kashyap, was extremely irresponsible and arrogant. This was a total waste of money and time. I sincerely hope KFC takes action to improve their service and staff behavior.
