Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. The chicken I purchased was allegedly 3 days old, and it showed - it was incredibly hard and dry. The taste was also compromised. Freshness is key when it comes to fried chicken, and KFC fell woefully short. Unless they revamp their storage and handling procedures, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their fried chicken fix. 1/5 stars.
