I have ordered few items from this outlet today as to fulfill my hunger and it gets too long to get the parcel. The worst thing I experienced was that once the delivery partner delivered and handed it to me, it was cancelled from the restaurant and I was shocked as I didn’t cancel it. I called the customer service but they said it was cancelled from their system without any reason. So, I asked them to hand it over to me again with other partner but denied. They are showing very unresponsive and irresponsible behaviour and started ignoring me in the chat box in website. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ac not working . Hand wash area so dirty . Food was average not hot or crispy .Sitting arrangement on first floor but there is no ketchup or tissue paper arrangement there . One has to go down if any thing need . Staff behaviour also very average. Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800
