I visited the KFC Electronic City Phase 1 outlet and ordered a Gold Ginger Burger. The bun had a rotten smell and crumbled when I held it. When I informed the staff member at the counter, he behaved very rudely and even threw the burger instead of handling the situation properly. I then spoke with the manager, Sudarshan, who was polite and handled the issue professionally, which I really appreciate. However, I am very disappointed with the earlier staff member’s attitude. A brand like KFC should ensure food quality and basic customer manners from their staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
