One of the worst KFC outlets is the Vijayanagar and Chandra Layout branches. The chicken was spoiled and had a very bad smell, clearly due to negligence. I had a very bad and stressful experience at the KFC Chandra Layout outlet. The chicken served to me had black-colored patches inside, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from it. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a brand like KFC. The chicken looked old, improperly cooked, or spoiled. I couldn’t even eat it properly because the smell itself made me nauseous. This raises serious concerns about food quality, storage, and hygiene standards at this outlet. I paid a high price expecting quality, but this was not at all value for money. Serving such food is a health risk and completely destroys customer trust. I have attached the photo as proof. Never expected this from KFC. I will not recommend this outlet to anyone unless they seriously improve their quality control. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
