Visited KFC today with my son. We ordered chicken popcorn and a virgin mojito, and the food was served hot and tasted really good. The quality and freshness were satisfying, especially while dining with a child. However, the ambience felt a little dull, and it was surprising to see no Christmas decorations despite the festive season. There was also a noticeable delay in billing, which needs improvement. Had a very disaster experience here on my visit on 28-11-25. The kiosk was not working. Only one was working in which the order had to be entered twice. One staf was struggling to take the order in kiosk. Place was not at all clean. Felt store was struggling with under staff. The chizza item felt as if it was re-fried or re- heated and no cheese or very less cheese was added. Would never recommend chizza here. Taste was pathetic, less than average compared to any other outlets. Cleaning of tables were not being done. The store need to check this. The kitchen Looks like a local canteen with poor management. Key feedback would be have more staff and ensure hygiene is maintained and quality of fried items.. esp when u expect more crowd.
