I order at 7:30 it's around 9pm. There is no response . Still waiting. EDIT - The food was good, no doubt about that. But the delivery experience through the KFC app was absolutely terrible. I paid for delivery, yet I need to pick it up myself. What’s the point of delivery then? To make things worse, the customer care team was completely unhelpful – responses felt generic, as if no one actually cared. They kept shifting responsibility from one region to another with no resolution. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT 2 - Went through entire mailing too and fro. There is no resolution. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have ordered a bucket containing strips and hot wings. wings are uncooked and salty. Strips are full of chilli powder not even peri peri mix. Very bad quality food issues from u guys. A total disappointment and waste of money. Never gonna order from here again Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1

This is the only restaurant people should avoid in their lifetime. Order doesn't get delivered even after 2+ hours, and then delivers literally frozen chicken after 4 hours and mark as delivery complete. You try calling restaurant; it won't work. You try calling manager, no help. You ask KFC customer care, they will say restaurant will call back. In effect looting customer's money and forcing delivery of expired food items. Best things to do: First, Avoid KFC and prefer other shops like McD or Burger King or whatever; Second: Never order from KFC app; never never, Third: Avoid the outlet in Panathur for the pathetic service always.
