ordered food around 9:30 pm, till 10:15 pm I didn't get any update so I called delivery executive for an update he said his bike tyre got punchered and informed already to KFC outlet (panatur Bangalore location). But I haven't any call from the KFC branch, I thought since this delivery is related to KFC so they did took care of replacing the delivery person already. We didn't get any calls from them. I called customer executive around 10:45 pm, the person heard all my queries and at the very last moment he asked me which KFC outlet this issue regarding when I said KFC panatur Bangalore he immediately told that this region out of his support he will transfer to the person who is handling it. I waited for the queue and after 11pm the call is quit. After 11pm I got a call from the KFC outlet manager and he asked me to cancel the order. I asked why? he said your delivery person not came. I told home the delivery person already informed you that his bike got punchered why you haven't informed me at the beginning after the time reaches 11pm everything was upside down to me. I want to take a immediate action on the KFC panatur Bangalore manager, the delivery person who doesn't informed me the quotation earlier and finally the support executive he needs to ask me which region I am from. I waited for 1:30 hr and I paid for it but I didn't get a proper response and order. Felt very disappointed.......!!!!!!!!! Even though I am getting refund what's the point. I didn't get the food and it's not an item. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ATTENTION TO ALL READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. The delivery was extremely delayed, with no updates or apologies. To make matters worse, the staff showed absolutely no courtesy when I tried to reach out—they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time and respect, avoid this place at all costs. Totally unacceptable service. FIRST TIME - I ordered the food and the staff was not giving the order to the delivery partner. the delivery guy was literally requesting for the Restaurant to give the order. They delayed the order for an hour. SECOND TIME - This was the same case and again they did the same to delivery guy. I felt very bad for the Delivery guy. THIRD TIME today on 30/04/2025 - These guys accepted the order through the Zomato night around 10:30 and I have waited nearly 1 hour for the delivery guy. But the delivery guy reached the restuarant and he texted me like. The order is out of stock. These ppl shouldn't have accepted the order in this case. This is really a worst Experience I ever had. I never gonna Order again from this restaurant. HOPE THIS WILL HELP FOR OTHERS. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

I order at 7:30 it's around 9pm. There is no response . Still waiting. EDIT - The food was good, no doubt about that. But the delivery experience through the KFC app was absolutely terrible. I paid for delivery, yet I need to pick it up myself. What’s the point of delivery then? To make things worse, the customer care team was completely unhelpful – responses felt generic, as if no one actually cared. They kept shifting responsibility from one region to another with no resolution. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT 2 - Went through entire mailing too and fro. There is no resolution.
