I am 84 years old living on 5th floor apartment and I have ordered KFC it was delivered by disable driver, instead of home delivery I came down the lift when I am disable myself and walked up to the driver to collect my KFC parcel. The food was cold and spoiled unbeatable. The disable driver should not have picked the order when he is not able to do home delivery . If I have not paid for the order I would have cancelled the order due to my Disability and inconvenience.

Delivery was 30 minutes from KFC Banswadi 3.5 km why it is not from KFC from Horamavu 5 minutes away ?. French fry was cold.
