After you have seen KSHA Hockey Stadium, visit this restaurant. KFC is to be recommended for good biryani, chicken rolls and fried chicken. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is calm. I have been to KFC ayyappanagar last week and I noticed that one delivery guy from Swiggy came and he was literally crying in front of the manager and he was behaving very badly with him and the delivery guy went with sad face. Later I stopped him and asked why and he said like " sir last Wednesday I have delivered 6 orders from kfc and came to take 7th order at 10 pm and manager asked my order id and he said like wait for 30-40 mins and I waited till 10.45pm and came to collect to order and manager said like this order is already picked by some one and I said this is my order and how can you give my order to some one due to this Swiggy charged me with a penalty of 960 rupees". He was literally telling me it's not my mistake it's the mistake of the KFC for giving my order to someone. He also told 962 rupees is my one day earnings sir and also the manager behaving very badly I can't do anything. I have also observed the manager also telling the delivery person I know you have not picked the order. According to me because of the KFC mistake and also the manager satish behaviour is very bad with the delivery boy because his one day earnings are gone. Very bad from KFC Manager Food: 3 Service: 3

Spacious place, smart ways of working like self ordering kiosk, token number given and system displays when token number ordered is ready. Ground floor you can order and first floor you can pick up your order. Very spacious and clean and cozy. Nice places who spend time with near and dear ones. Good quality is good. Good hand wash and restroom facilities. Go for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

One of the worst customer handling I've ever seen. The guy handling customers and delivering the ordered at the counter on 28th March 2025, is surprisingly lethargic and unfriendly. We had ordered through the self order screen and we were waiting for the order. I received a message within 2 mins saying the order is ready. I went to the counter and asked for my order for which the guy said it'll be ready in 10 mins pls be seated. I said I have received a message saying the order is ready. He was like it's not ready. It'll be ready in 10 mins. @kfc, plug ur loopholes or give proper training to ur staff. They are updating the order as ready immediately after receiving the order from the customer and take their own damn time to deliver it. This is not at all acceptable in any way. What is your Quality management system doing? Forget getting ur order on time during rush hours. I once got the order after 40 mins in this bloody outlet. Would never recommend.
