I stay in HSR Layout and this is the second time I’ve received half-cooked and foul-smelling chicken from the KFC HSR BDA Complex outlet. This is completely unacceptable. If you are accepting online orders, the minimum expectation is to serve fresh, properly cooked food. If you are not capable of maintaining food quality, then you should stop taking orders altogether. Serving undercooked and stinking chicken is not just poor service — it is a serious health risk. You cannot play with customers’ health. I strongly do NOT recommend the KFC HSR BDA Complex outlet. One of the worst counters I have experienced. I will be escalating this issue to KFC’s Head Office with full details. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: Popcorn Chicken, Wings and Strips Bucket

Food is good but service not good
I'm visited 2 times in a week while payment time debit card credit card not accepted here asking cash payment and gpay or phonepay

Staff telling not working debit card . Due to network issue at the same time how possible to make payment in phone pay ..?
