Worst KFC experience ever! * Don't order in online*. Ordered from KFC Bagmane Tech Park and totally regret it. The food was cold, oily, and tasted horrible. Tried calling the outlet 50+ times — no one answered, not even the manager. Their number doesn’t even take calls! Even online customer support was rude and careless. They gave wrong info and didn’t help at all. Honestly, this is the worst outlet and customer service I’ve ever faced. KFC needs to fix this immediately! I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC outlet in Bagmane Tech Park. The burger I received tasted bad and looked greasy. I tried calling the store more than 50 times, but there was no response from the staff or the manager. The contact number only shows “incoming calls not available.”.
