Extremely Disappointed with KFC India – Poor Service & No Accountability This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with KFC India. A few months back, my order was delivered late, and today, I received the wrong items — overcooked chicken wings that were barely edible. KFC India has completely lost its credibility when it comes to delivering healthy, hygienic food. To make matters worse, the customer experience is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered — the staff are unresponsive and show no respect for customers. It's time we all raise our voices and hold KFC India accountable for such poor service. Customers deserve better, and brands like KFC should not be allowed to treat people this way without consequences. What an overhyped establishment which seems to produce an underwhelming experience. The food is pricey without quality, the service is pathetic considering that the staff do not even have the courtesy to provide you something basic as napkins along with your order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
