Dear KFC Team, I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your KFC outlet in Orion Avenue Mall, Bangalore. On my recent visit, I placed an order that included burgers, French fries, Coke, and chicken popcorn. However, the chicken popcorn portion I received was very poor — it had only a few proper pieces and the rest was filled with waste crisp and crumbs. When I politely raised this concern with the staff, the employee (who claimed to be the manager) responded rudely, saying “it comes like that only” and added “do it, I am the manager” when I mentioned that I would make a complaint. This attitude was highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially coming from a reputed brand like KFC. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that customers receive both quality food and respectful service at this outlet.
