I ordered through the KFC app at 8:40 PM. At 9:00 PM, the Rapido rider called saying his bike had an issue and asked me to cancel the order. There was no cancellation option available for me, and the rider also said he couldn’t cancel from his side. I tried calling the outlet multiple times and KFC customer care, but no one bothered to answer. With no support, I was forced to visit the outlet personally at 10:15 PM. The manager claimed the order was already picked up, which was clearly false—the rider was standing near the outlet and had not collected the food. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager started arguing loudly with the delivery partner in front of customers. When I asked for proof or CCTV verification, the manager became defensive and behaved rudely and arrogantly. Only after unnecessary arguments was I finally told to take my order. This entire incident shows zero accountability, poor coordination, broken customer support, and extremely unprofessional behavior by the manager. Customers should not be treated this way. I strongly advise avoiding this outlet.
