This was the worst service I’ve experienced—something like this has never happened to me before. I placed an order on the KFC app at 1 PM and only received it at 3 PM. I even called the staff in between, but there was no proper response or resolution. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
