I am writing this feedback to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the food quality at your KFC outlet. My wife and I recently had a meal from your outlet, and within a short time after consuming the food, both of us experienced severe vomiting and stomach discomfort. Due to the seriousness of the situation, we had to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. This incident strongly indicates a serious lack of quality control, particularly concerning the food and cooking oil used. Such negligence not only affects customer trust but also poses a serious risk to health and safety. We chose KFC expecting standard quality and hygiene, but this experience was extremely distressing, both physically and mentally. I request you to take this matter seriously, conduct a proper quality and hygiene inspection at the outlet, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
