I recently ate at KFC located in PHINIX MALL, Bareilly, and had a very bad experience. I ordered cold coffee and rice balls which tasted absolutely bland and poor. The quality of the food was so bad that it was difficult to eat. When I told the staff about this, instead of listening to me, they misbehaved and abused me.I request you to stop going to KFC.
