Poor service with worst attitude staffs. Dealing customers like they are doing some charity. Always discourages when comes to order after 10:00 pm. There was no ketchups (at least one) when ordered for rs 950+...when asked for ketchups, had gone through a series of questions and given just two... Not recommended for sure Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

"We recently visited KFC, balaramapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala and while the food was good, the service and ambiance fell short. The dining area had ample space, but the tables weren't cleaned promptly, leaving them messy. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service and ambiance.
