I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at KFC [ balachaur]. As a doctor, I am fully aware of the importance of hygiene and food safety standards. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from acceptable. While eating my meal, I discovered a wrapper inside my food. This is a serious breach of basic food hygiene protocols and raises significant concerns about the preparation process in this outlet. Such contamination not only shows a lack of care but also poses a potential health risk to customers. What made the matter worse was the response from the staff. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, there was no genuine apology, no sense of urgency, and no attempt to address the seriousness of the incident. The lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Food service businesses have an obligation to maintain the highest hygiene standards, and when such a lapse occurs, it must be handled with transparency, responsibility, and sincere customer care. Sadly, this outlet failed on all counts. I strongly urge KFC management to take immediate action — not only to improve food handling and cleanliness but also to train staff on proper customer service and how to handle such incidents. This is not just about one bad experience; it’s about ensuring that no customer is put at risk in the future.
