Extremely disappointed with the quality of food. They seem to always serve stale items — the chicken tasted like it had been fried days ago. It was cold, dry, and clearly not fresh. Total waste of money. The outlet has a dead, unwelcoming vibe and is likely to ruin your day. Definitely not recommended. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 Classic Zingers, 2 Tandoori Masala Dips, 2 Hot Wings, and 2 Regular Popcorn Chicken from KFC Sanat Nagar. I specifically ordered the dips to enjoy with the wings and popcorn, but they didn’t send any. By the time I called and they sent the dips, I had already finished the meal , which, honestly, was bland and tasteless to begin with. No spice or flavour in the burgers, wings, or popcorn. What’s the point of sending dips after everything's over? This shows poor service and unprofessional work ethics. Never ordering again from this outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1
